Delete in the app
- Sign in to the mig.golf account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account.
- Review the displayed effects on rounds, cards, crews, and other data.
- Enter uppercase
DELETEexactly and run deletion.
After the server confirms completion, the app clears that account's local storage and signs out.
Information deleted
- The account profile and linked sign-in methods
- Legacy and native rounds, personal card presets, and public and crew posts you authored
- Reactions, reports you submitted, blocks, crew memberships, and challenge entries
- All current sign-in sessions
Password hashes, session tokens, and provider credentials can no longer be used after the account is removed.
Crews and legacy matches
If another member belongs to a crew you own, ownership transfers to the earliest remaining member. A crew with no other member closes. If you still host an active legacy match, deletion is blocked to protect other participants' records. Resolve the blocker shown in the app and try again.
Recovery and retention
The product deletion contract has no recovery period, so a completed deletion cannot be undone. The operational log storage checked for the current private API is set to 30 days, with required administrative activity and system-event audit logs retained separately for 400 days. Account deletion does not immediately erase these logs or backups. Backup retention, additional organization-level log routing and logging after public API connection still need verification.

Email help@incode-labs.org for identity and account-state checks and the available next steps. We do not promise immediate deletion based on email alone, and we will not ask for your password, sign-in code, or token.
